Join us for a powerful and timely discussion focused on mental wellness and suicide prevention in the construction industry. This session will bring together voices from across the construction community—including individuals with lived experience, clinical expertise, and those leading the charge in building cultures of care within their organizations. Panelists will share personal stories, practical strategies, and organizational approaches that are helping to break the silence around mental health and create safer, more supportive workplaces. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of the unique mental health challenges in construction and actionable insights to foster well-being and resilience across teams.
After this session, attendees will be able to:
· Identify the risk factors in the construction industry
· Identify what a culture of care is and how to implement one.
· Learn how to recognize the warning signs and what to do about them.
