Panelists will share personal stories, practical strategies, and organizational approaches that are helping to break the silence around mental health and create safer, more supportive workplaces. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of the unique mental health challenges in construction and actionable insights to foster well-being and resilience across teams.

After this session, attendees will be able to:

·       Identify what a culture of care is and how to implement one.
·       Learn how to recognize the warning signs and what to do about them.
